Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father has one brother and sister,he is now 54 till now my father has not enjoyed any of his ancestoral property's profits through farming and other needs all are enjoyed my aunt who is married to my father's mother's brother as second wife who has also not divorced his frst wife the dispute is my father and my fathers brother has not enjoyed anything till date my father marriaged her with that guy spending his own money and he did everything to her as a brother but she now wants share in all the property's inpsite she cheated many things and looted without my fathers knowldege now grandfather died can my father and his brother can take all property or should we give her share..we have all proof..for our innocence.
