Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father died recently and left my mother as an executor in his registered will giving all the rights and all property in her name.we are 4 brothers and sisters and we have given no space in the registered will.we 2 brothers and 1 sister has no objection but one brother wants his share inspite of knowing that he has no space in the will. he is giving threat to challenege the will.
kindly suggest what maximum he can do ? can he get his share from the will ?
note: property is self earned by my father.

as the property is self acquired, your mother is the absolute owner and even if the brother challenge it, he has a bleak chance of winning.
