my father died recently so my mother kept all jewlery in my uncle account but due to dispute between my uncle and aunt my aunt taken away the locker key of bank which is joint account of my uncle and aunt now they are demanding amount or land to be deposited om my uncles daughter who is 3 year old my uncle means my mothers brother untill the demand is not fullfilled they wont return gold or locker key pls give advise how to deal situation softly

this is just breach of trust, however, perhaps you might not able to prove the same in court and there is some sort of writing between your mother and uncle. so try to resolve the dispute amicably

I seriously doubt whether softness of any kind will help your mother to get back her jewellery. Police complaint is recommended. Your mother can tell your uncle that if they do not return back the jewellery from their locker, the matter will have to be reported to the Police. You do not have any other alternative to resolve the issue.
