Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my father died in a sudden in service period in 2005, we didn't get any job against that till today, is there is any rules that we should get any job on compensatory ground?

Where was your father employed, that you have not mentioned. Normally government organizations, always accommodate and take one person from family in such case. Private organization, depends on the rules for service of such organization. Law does not prescribe anything for such eventuality.
