Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father is a french military retired person and having properties in pondicherry; He died about three months back leaving a will on his properties; the will states that his sons alone should enjoy the property and nothing for his daughters;can daughters propabateand fight for their right leagally; in this regard i would like to state that my father was french renonciationer person and has endorsed all his daughters in the french family record book;pl give a perfect legal advice

in case the properties were self acquired by your father and not ancestral, he has a right to execute the will and your sisters cannot claim a share. in case the properties are ancestral, they have an equal share and your father has no right to execute the will of an unpartitioned property.
