Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi,

My father in Holds Family card for the year 2005-2009.

In that My husband and my Motherin law name is there from long back. My husband has moved to Abroad in the year 1999. But still now he lives there but his name Still remains in the family card.

My self and my son left abroad in the year 2005 due to some misunderstanding b/w us. But my husband has included my name in the family card in the year 2008 where as in that date i was living with my parents in another town along with my son.Now he has filed for divorcee stating desertion.

I was never in the my husband house from 2005 to 2009.

Is it legal to add my and my son name in the family card during that period with out our presence in the mentioned house hold address.and asking for divorcee stating desertion.

Submit before court that you are ready to live with him. Else you can contest but even if you submit before the court that you did not reside with him from 2005 to 2009 even then it is a ground of desertion and is a ground of divorce.
