father in a has a house in pondicherry/hehas four daughters and three sons as his NO1 heirs/he expired last year by leaving a will/ the will states that his wifefollowed by sons alone can live and enjoy in that house till their death and not his daughters/ finally he has authorised grand children s for selling that house/ is that will is valid or daughters have to fight through court/THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO MY FATHER IN LAWS GRAND FATHER FOLLOWED BY HIS FATHER BY DONATION AND LATER MY F IN LAW TOOK OVER THAT HOUSE BY PAYING MONEY TO HIS BROTHERS/NOW TELL ME WHETHER THAT PROPERTY IS ANCESSTRAL OR SELF EARNED/ CAN DAUGHTERS CLAIM FOR THEIR SHARES THROUGH COURT/ PLEASE GIVE YOUR REPLY
