Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
my father has without informing us sold as Bainama of his entire agricultural land ( about 2 acre without our knowledge ) my mother, my married sister and my self. We learned about this five days ago. What can we do have it cancil or stoped this property?

you can go for cancellation of sale on the ground that the agricultural land is a joint family property and father has no right to sell the share of you, your sister and mother.
