Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father inherit a land from my grandpa.After my fathers death in2000,my mother got release deed from 3girlsin2002.In 2005 my mother settled the land to my three brothers. Now we -girls came to know that girls have equal share in ancestral property.All the six get married.Is it way to get share?

in order to have the share, the girls need to challenge the release deed and seek partition of the entire property by filing a suit for partition.
