Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father having a land which is situated near ladies association (mahila mandali). Once they approached my dad to purchase our land but my dad refused. Now slowly they started occupying our land day by day. My dad has not taken any action beacuse he has been suggested by his friends not to fight with ladies association that will impact very bad.hence, even he has not lodged complaint with police.
Please suggest us on how to take on them and all its requirements
