Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Our father (late) passed away recently and his self Earned property was registered as a settlement deed in the name of my younger brothers son (1 year old) and daughter (2 yrs old) and my younger brother as a natural guardian in the month of Dec 2010. We are 6 children (2 sons + 4 daughters) and 10 grand children to our father. We have the legal heir certificate. We are not convinced that our father really registered the property only for our younger brother family as he was sick for the past one year. Is there any way to take legal actions? Doesnt the property belong to the other members of the family once the settlement deed is executed in the name of minors? Is the settlement deed valid? Please help
