Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father late shri a had married twice in his life time. firstly with my mother after her death he married second
during my father lifetime various movable and inmovable properties at nagpur.
my brother had told me that he will give me 10 lakh after giving my signatures in fron of executive magistrate in ragistar office . i agreed and gave all signatures with photo and thmb in ragistar office in favour of all clear and disputed properties.
now my brother is not giving me anymore .
what can i do now ?

YOU CAN FILE A SUIT OF FRAUD AGAINST YOUR BROTHER(u/s 420). but you have to proof the same that he promise to you to give rs. 10 lac
