Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father in law died about 3 months back/ now i have understood un officially that he has left a will on his property authorising the sons to enjoy the property leaving his daughters empty/ my fater in law was a french citizen and his sons and daughters are also french citizen and born at pondicherry/ also my father in law was a renonciation person/ as per this act whether daughters also elighible for property share or not/kindly answer me

the will has to be real before any opinion can be given and also the nature of property has to be understood whether it is ancestral or self acquired by your father in law. is the property situate in India or abroad. do come back with all the inputs.
