Dear Sir / Madam,

As the Owner of the property acquired by him, the father can sell / transfer and deal with his property in the manner he best deems fit. It is solely upto him whether he wishes to transfer his entire property to only one son, or whether he wishes to equally divide it amongst all his four sons.
