Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father passed away leaving a will behind authorising only my brothers for his properties.we are four daughters and three sons for my father in a hindu family. what to do/ can we fight for daughters right through court/ please guide us/

yes you have legal remedies.. first of all -when brothers of your deceased father will file a suit for declaration of will.. then you must contest that case (notice will be given to you).. where you will fight on the forgery of signatures on will.. TAKE AN INTERIM STAY ON IT.. THEN YOU CAN ALSO ALONG WITH YOUR SISTERS CAN FILE SUIT..BUT MAIN POINT TO BE KEPT IN MIND IS THAT YOUR LINE OF ACTION SHOULD BE THAT YOUR FATHER HA INHERITED PROPERTY AND JOINT..
