Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father passed away 8 years back .but when he died his second wife (not my mother) was pregnant.we made a legal heirship certificate.since she wad not born she is not mentioned in it.my question is weather this child is a legal heir of my father or not.my doubt is because this child was born almost 9 month after my father died.i am from a muslim family
