Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If father self purchase property given to son as a deed of gift on year 2005 and now divorcee daughter demand a shelter from both father and brother is any law is their were a divorcee daughter have shelter, divorcee daughter do not have any shelter of her husband and this mirage is done by her father choose.

I can feel the pain of the Divorcee daughter but she has no right or share in the gitfed property .
