Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father purchased a 2.50 acres in 1995 and he obtained finance by giving POA to one person in 2004 now my father returned the money and cancelled the POA in december 2008 and gave mee settlement deed in november 2010. now the problem is the person had already registered the doc in his wife name before cancelling the POA which i came to know three months back now what to do......
