Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father has purchased a land at Andaman,he has given a certain amount and made the sale deed for the land,but it was not registered.when we asked for registration ,they were demanding for more amount than the amount balance in sale deed.
As the period of sale deed was to be three yrs,my father filed a case to live the sale deed.
what will be the judgement for this.
Case is running since 10yrs
