Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My father purchased a residential site in Bangalore and registered in my mother's name. My mother is a house wife. After some time my father constructed a house on this site from his savings. My father expired few years back. We are three children ( one son and two daughters) to our parents. Now my mother wants to sell this property. I want to know that,I have any legal rights on this property.

You or your siblings have no right or share in this property . Your mother is the absolute owner of this property. She can dispose this property the way she wishes to do and you or your siblings cannot stop her................................Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Govindapalya, Bengaluru, Karnataka)

On your father's demise, the title to the property gets transferred to your mother and she has the right to deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit.
