Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father has purchased a site and constructed on my name when i was minor.now i am major.Later some other self acquired property of his he has given to my brothers .now my brothers want a share in the house which is on my name.do i get any share in this house if my brothers go to court?does my children claim in this house.

in case the properties are left by father intestate, all the legal heirs have an equal right in it...irrespective of ownership in documents.
