Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A father got release deed from his three children which has a statement as following --- he will give the property to any one as he likes. Does any one of his children can claim equal right over the property even after given their consent as mentioned in the above statement.
Is it Legally correct on the fathers side if he gives the property among two children or to only one.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A father can decide and deal with his own property at his sole discretion and in the manner he best deems fit, anytime during his lifetime. No consent of his sons is required for it.
