Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father sister want 1/4th share in property my garandmother property which is inhereated from his father ,To avoid dispute in land sale deed was excuated in 1998 with concent of my grandmother but after his death in 1999, my aunty ( sister of my father asking for share and suit the case against us stating sale deed is done forcefully ) now the matter in high court since 2004 and we have recevied stay at court in 2004. now can we go for settelment or do fight aganist the same in the court kindly advice.
