father sold the house without the consent of wife and children,can we get it back??
what petition can be filed in court so that it can come in my favour?...after father's death we go to know that he sold the property to other party

was the house acquired by ur father then you can not make any claim in the said property.. but if the property was ancestral property then you can claim for ur share..
