Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Father has three sons and four daughters and has written awill authorising grand sons for properties and tottally ommitted daughters;is it valid or daughters have to probate; pl answer ; the property belongs to my grandfather and my father has taken over that property after paying dues to his brothers

The property remains ancestral in law. Therefore, all the grand-children of your grandfather are entitled to their share. A WILL excluding daughters divesting them of their inheirtance rights may not be valid.
