My father has been threatening me of disowing me .I have a daughter who is 5 years old. I want to know do I have any legal rights or no from his wealth.

in case it is your father s self acquired property, he has all the rights to disown you and in case its a joint property or inherited by your father from your grandfather, then you also have an equal right in the property and you may approach the court for restrain orders and partition.
