Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father is a w.b govt policeman and he married twice and both have three child. now he is going to retire and office is asking to submit all pension paper and wifes photo, they are trying to give their mothers photo but i do the same for my mother. so now what will be the rules for the pension and nomination so that both wife will be safe and one will not be deprive. plz suggest me sir, its very urgent. thank you.

If he is a Hindu, and his first wife is surviving, only she would be entitled to nomination for family pension after his death.
