My father's sister want to release her share in my grandfather self accuried property to myself. My father has expired. How much stamp duty it require to register her relinquishment deed in my favor. Is there any other way to get her share legally in my favor?

To get her share you need to get a gift deed, if you are Co sharer or inherited a share the relinquishment deed will be executed.
stamp duty depends on size of property and nature of deed.
