Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have a my father's will which is not registered, is the same is valid or it is necessary to have registered will. can my sister file a suit for a share in immovable property in which i am residing.

even an unregistered will is valid and even if the suit is filed, you may take the defence that the property is to be solely owned by you on the basis of the will.
