Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am female,having 6 acers of land in andhrapradesh.after marriage,ileft to u.s.a.by giving a G.P.A. to my elder brother,even to sell the land and put a condition to hand over the cash out of sales to me.he maitianed the land,and exchanged the land to somebody by not showing the sales in the registrar office,and changed the patta numbers to somebody.he is deceiving me by showing that this land ia not sold.recently through some of my relatives i came to know that he has deceived me by transfering the land to somebody unregistered.at present i want to take action on my brother.what is the legal proceeder to recover my land or money.whether i will proceed civil or criminal or both.please advice me what to do.
