file a case against my elder's decission

Dear sir

my grand father had two sons and one daughter .all are married .all of them had good relationship .my father is the elderson .my grandfather(aged about 104 yrs) died recently without living any will .Right now the younger son and the daughter they jointly filed case against my father who is a retired professor .They also humilating my in different ways .under pressure my father agreed with their proposal of the middle man appointed by them .actually the younger son is adopted by my grand father's brother ,who died on 4th night of his marriage .I later on know that a patta is in the name of the youger son stating different father's name (Name of my grand father's brother ) .my father's brother threatend my father if you would raise the issue in the court I would stand my said mother aginst you to claim on the property .After one or two dates on court my father with the help of a middle man setteled the case and divided the property in 3 equal shares .My father's age is 78 and his brother's age is 62 and the daughter's age is 70 .

my question is

could I(aged about 35 yrs) file a case against the share of the property held by the other two which is illigal though I am the grandson ?

The share held by other other legal heirs of your grandfather may not be illegal.

However, you are at liberty to file a civil suit if you consider you have a valid claim against your uncles and aunt.
