Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have filed 498a and Domestic violence case against my husband and his family, my husband has also filed a Divorce case. All 3 cases are pending for the past 4 years.
My husband and his father have a joint property (house and empty plot)(self acquired property). My husband is trying to execute a release deed and transferring this property to his father, Can I file my objection? Does my son (minor) have any right on the property? can I file a civil case on the said property?
