Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have filed case under Domestic Voilance Act against my Husband in October'2010 in a lower court in UP. The Court Started sending notices to my husband. Some Registered Noticed were delivered to my husband but he not responded to that notices which was sent by the court in this case.

In April'2011 my husband has replied in the above case and denied having any realtionship with me and my son.But i have all the evidences like id and address prooof and 125CRPC order of Rs.500 p.m. I have applied for enhancement of maintenance since the last one year also .

He sold the house in Janaury'2011 but somehow i have got the R.O. for Stay till the disposal of this case in Feb'2011.

I have filed petition for monetary relief in April'2011 for Claim of Rs.7000/- p.m. for my lively hood but the same is still pending in the court till date, it is almost more than a year i have no source of any income .

Earlier i was teacher in a private school at different place and since September'2010 I have not attended my duties and got one letter mentioning i have not worked during the period of 18 months since September'2010 from that school ,recently i have to resign from that school due to unavoidable circumstances.

Can i apply under Section 227 for making the judgement of Domestic voilance Act can be done soon or th any other ways that i can get some monetary relief asap as my both the applications are pending since tha last 1 years.

art. 227 does not apply as there is no court order. you may go for a petition u/s 482 for early disposal of your case.
