Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I had filed a divorce case with my wife in the court as she injures me physically and harrases me mentally. she has been living seperately in different town since two and half years and i used to send money for her living every month as she is not working. but she is refusing to give divorce and asking me to send the money regularly. Now i want to stop sending money. Can she harrase me in any way and can she forcibly comes to me for staying even though the case is pending

If giving maintenance is courts order then you cannot stop. Else it is your discretion and if she has already harassed you physically then hopefully court will not allow her to live together.
At the time when you register complaint before police about theft of antique. Then police cannot close the file without any appropriate reason and there you and accused daughter in law should have mentioned something about amicable settlement amount and cheque detail. That is sufficient to create liability of cheque and no other proof is required. In case judge does not allow that proof then you have to produce any record to prove you other sister liablity towards you.

she can claim all her rights viz. maintenance, compensation, residence under DV laws and it is better if you do not stop sending her maintenance otherwise you will be forced to pay the same through court.
You may seek an injunction restraining her to enter your house; However, she may be entitled to maintenance. You may make a prayer in the court for settlement of the maintenance amount either on monthly basis or 'one time permanent alimony'.
