Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I had filed mandatory injunction case against citibank.the case is for defence evidence of citibank.i find that the car loan agreement has been forged and fabricated.my counsel is out of station.can i file application under order 11,rule 14 cpc against the respondent of citibank for prodution of original document.the cross exam of respondent has not started yet.what i should write in through counsel in the application.can i present as it is with my signature or through proxy counsel.will it be suitable to file application in between evidence so as to intiate criminal proceedings against citibank.thanks.

you have to sign as your own coz you can also fight your case but it will be good if it will be filed by your counsel.

in case citibank has filed the original documents that are forged, you should immediately file an application u/s 340 of criminal procedure code praying the court to direct the police station lodge an f.i.r. in case the court declines your application, you are free to file a criminal complaint u/s 468, 471, 420 of indian penal code against the bank. it is a serious offence that the bank officials have committed. in case the bank only filed a photocopy, it is advisable to file an application u/o 11 rule 12 demanding them to produce the original of the forged documents without mentioning that the documents are forged otherwise they will not produce them. you may seek the help of any counsel for drafting the application.
