Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I had filed a partition suit my brothers are not bothered to file vakalat. Steps has been taken for paper publication. My brothers reside in US & UK. I need precise words for International Paper publication against 4 defendants?

You need to serve the summons through Hague office as per Hague convention.
