Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i filed rti with postal dept requiring information about the date of receipt of a letter which i received from my vendor through Registered post. The acknowledgement card shows the seal of our area post office on 3rd. But my vendor says that i received it on 5th. As i wanted to get my doubts cleared i filed RTI with postal dept requesting them to provide me the exact date on which the registered post was delivered to me.I filed RTI on 21st june 2011. But i have not received any reply from them yet. Please guide me what should i do further to get the information from them.
