Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have filed a suit for declaration since my neibhours are claming right over the property which i purchased in nov 2011. The person who sold to me had all records properly in his name from the date of purchase in 2006 and subdivided the property separately and sold it to me. Now the problem is my neibhours have received a settlement deed from their grandfather in 2010 including my property. after studying their document it is seen that their grand father had purchased the property in 1943 leaving my share but when he and his brothers did settlement between them they have included my share also. Now me after filing suit i also obtained interim injuction favouring me. now what will happen ......will i be saved

Dear Sir / Madam,

You will rely on all the past documents and records pertaining to the property given to you by the seller. You have absolutely nothing to do with the neighbour's record which they will have to produce in Court in support of their claim. Let the Court decide the validity and legality of the settlement done by them. You chances are good. Anyway even if you lose, you will catch the neck of the seller and claim return of all the money that you paid to him with interest. So, you will have nothing to lose either way.
