Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I filed two suit against my neibour one for construction by encroaching to my building, the other for using and blocking the adjescent privateroad by dumbing buiding matterials, wich he hase no right of any kind.The diffendent now want these two cases to be clubbed togather.Hear cause of action,subject matter,relief sought are different. Can these two suit be clubbed togather?

as one case is for injunction and another under easement right both cases can be clubbed as and the hearing will be parallel and the judgement will be pronounced different in both the cases
