Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
in filing the petition for succession certificate who will be petitioner and who will be the respondents and if the respondents are the other legal heirs , why and how the petitioner alone will be issued in his name the succession certificate and what will be the role of others legal heirs

it does not matter who the petition or respondent is. the property would be divided amongst the legal heirs, be it petition or respondent.
