Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have a flat in chennai for which i pay a monthly maintanece of 1500. but i have not residing there for the past 2 months as i want to rent it. and i have been paying the manitaence for the past 2 months though i dont use it. is it necessay that i should pay the maintaence though i dont use it?

As per the construction agreement, you have to pay monthly maintenance, even out of the house
