Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I own a flat in one of the societies in pune but due to a ULC case pending against the property, i am yet to receive the completion certificate. Please suggest.

The problem is not only yours, but is of the whole Society, so fight it out legally. Society should jointly fight out in court.
