Re: forced religious conversion

you have an equal share in the ancestral property and for this purpose, in case he threatens u to change your religious thoughts, u may seek an injunction against your father from civil court and also obtain a stay against he ancestral property by filing a suit for partition.

Re: forced religious conversion

Assuming you are a Hindu and the property is ancestral, your father is not entitled to debar you or any legal heir from inheritance in ancestral property; he may not be able to even sell or alienate the property. There is no such thing as "disown" in the matter of law of inheritance. If he executes any will, that may be illegal having no effect on your legal rights.
