Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Forceful consruction by a coparcenor from construction
My cousin has started construction forcefully in a land held in the name of my grandfather. The land has not been partitioned. In fact he along with his brothers form a coterie since long.My father had filed a suit for partition, preliminary decree orders partition of this property. There is no order regarding possession and status quo during pendency of suit. Now they are in appeal at high court since 1999 and it is pending.I stay 1200 kms away.I have written to SP to arrest his illegal costruction today. What further action I should take?taking my distance and legal expences!
