Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am having one free patta, that patta was issued by the Government during 1975 to my grandfather, then my grandfather was registered a will in my name during 1987 and then he died in the year 1990 after his death I am changed the patta in my name using the documents like death certificate, will in my name, and other documents in the year 2007. After three years my father's brother's daughter has filed a case for want of share in my grand fathers patta (i.e. My patta I have already changed) in this condition please give some details regarding and how I can face it.
