Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
there are two general power of attorney given by a A to B one dated in 1989 and A to C anthore in 1991 and A died in 1992 . but B and C sale some propertys of A even after the death of A , the purchasers from B and C occupied the land , i want to file in Land Grabbing case does it fall in limitation or give me sugession how to file case aganist the purchasers of B and c
