Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
do a gift deed document has any advantage over any other document dated the same in a particular property where the executer has a limited claim for example 8 cents in a 24 cent property and has made a gift document of the 8 cents in an earlier document as explained above and has made the rest of the property to another person. Who has the legal advantage the former or the late?. does the person has the right to execute a deed like this after giving out his right of 2/3rd in an earlier document? will the earlier docment stand just because it stands as an earlier document by virtue of its serial number in registration?
