gift registration- revokement
my mother has taken land on notary in 1986, but regd in 1994 as a gift to my sister. She got married in 2008 during the marriage time she was given another propertyinstead of this propety.We had some family problems and they are not ready to do the registration on to my parents. the gift is done in 1994. can it be done?

The property purchased by ur mom without registration is not valid as per law and gifting the same is also invalid so the question of gifted property is in your sister's name or in her possession is also becomes baseless.Your mother may also cancel the gift deed and see to it that the property is registered atleast now and get the link documents of the property if possible.

A completed gift cannot be revoked.
