Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am girl of 28 years old i have taken addmission in one college there i found group of friends then after a year i had a clash with them from that group one boy approch police and told them that i tried to take sactual advantage of him and he inquir all this with my past friends and every one belived him.
i am in deep trouble now my neighbours my relatives all beleive them then they tapped my all telephones so that i can not get any help & my pc is also hakked. They know that if i will get chance i will prove them wrong so they dont want me to go and complain. S o whenever i go out they keep their eye on me i am doing this mail they will know this because the cafe owner is keeping eye on me. my family dont believe me because one of our family friend whom my parents keep lot of faith she told me not to listen to me i am mad. I dont know how to prove thease people wrong i want help i can prove thease all things thats why they are not allowing any person who want to help me. Because many big people & police is involved. please help me .
