Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am giving below a matter to get the Legal Point of view with CrPC / IPC and what will be the result at the time of Judgment and this is very serious matter:
Recently I met a girl aged 20 along with my known person in the market after a very long period. During the discussion the girl said that around five - six years back she was suffering from very high fever i.e. 104/105. She was admitted in a well known Hospital for treatment. The Hospital staff instead of controlling the fever started giving Glucose and there was some sound from all over the body & the sound was like putting water on a very hot iron plate. The staff even did not listen to her parents information that the girl is not able to eat anything for the last 4 - 5 days and they gave at least 12 - 15 tablets that also with very much compulsion. This has affected the girl's both the hands and till now she is not able to use her fingers properly. Even one of her leg is also affected. After the staff realized their mistake they immediately transferred the girl to another Govt. Hospital. Some how she got the treatment from there for fever but still her both the hands and a leg is in the same damaged position. Now she is not having any documents of the hospital from where she was affected. When she contacted recently a Doctor to know the %age of the disability it was found that 50%. I would request you to please let me know what sort of steps she has to take. In fact the teen aged girl belongs to a poor family and her parents are illiterate. Her Daddys age is 75 and mothers age is 70. The girl is very much upset because of her disability.
I am requesting you just because of humanitarian ground and if possible please guide my in what way I can help her to get Justice.
Your kind cooperation in this regard will highly be appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
Krishnan
